Dr. Erik Oldekop

Erik has made extensive experience with managing growth in startup environments. From 2001 through 2004 he was Investment Manager at Deutsche Venture Capital in the industrial application, semiconductor, and telecom practice. He was responsible for a successful Exit and executed four investments. He was board member of First Sensor Technology GmbH, Germany, and board observer at Onix Microsystems, California. Prior to that, he was a Vice President at Deutsche Bank working in Frankfurt, Tokyo and San Francisco where he was responsible for selecting future-proofed IT technology for the bank’s sprawling Operations business unit. He is a Physicist by training and holds additional engineering and business degrees.


Dr. Stefan Rapp

Stefan has been serving in executive management in a high tech start-up company for several years. Seeing the company successfully through two rounds of financing that included blue chip international investors, he build the business from the scratch, being responsible for business strategy, Operations and Finance. Prior to this assignment, Stefan was working for Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt and New York, where he headed DB’s Venture Technology Group. Stefan received a Ph.D in Electronics from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH), Stockholm, in 1999.
