Revamping the manufacturing process
of a medium-sized communications company. The client, a systems
company that developed, manufactured and marketed best-of-breed
professional audio communications networks, ran its manufacturing
line with organically developed and exclusively home-grown processes.
The result was outdated manufacturing processes that consumed an
overly large amount of working capital, thus being the chief culprit
for the company’s operational losses. We detailed the status
quo, recommended streamlined processes and were thus able turn the
